本獎學金僅開放網路申請(以其他方式申請者，不予受理 )請至金門縣政府交通圖書券暨就學津貼及獎學金整合系統網站提出申請：１、https://cas.kinmen.gov.tw/EducationStudent/#/pages/login 網頁註冊後登入申請。２、開放網路申請日期為本114年10月1日起至10月15日止。３、可透過加入官方LINE（搜尋”金門縣政府交通圖書券暨 就學津貼及獎學金”或搜尋LINE ID “@725ejuze”）點選” 我要申請”進入上述網頁
